What Is LPT Tennis?

Optimal tennis rehabilitation requires a specialist-level understanding of both tennis and court biomechanics. We look beyond basic pain relief to analyze the specific metabolic, mechanical, and movement demands of your unique playing style. By targeting the root causes of your injury, we restore your health and build the structural capacity, power, and agility needed to take your game to the next level.

Conventional physical therapy gets you healthy.

We get you match-ready.

Why See Landon?

Combining his experience as a former collegiate tennis player with his credentials as a Certified Tennis Performance Specialist (CTPS), Landon has the unique clinical insight to bridge the gap between injury rehabilitation and peak tennis performance.

  • Recurring abdominal strains? Landon will start by analyzing your forehand stance and loading patterns.

  • Chronic low back pain that won't quit? Your serve toss and foot position are the first things he’ll check.

  • Tennis elbow? Strengthening and therapeutic work are part of the solution, but treating tennis elbow ultimately comes down to technique and timing. Landon addresses both.

Choose Nebraska’s only CTPS.

Landon began his sport-specific training as an intern at the EXOS Performance Center in Frisco, Texas, working with current NFL and MLB players. He has since earned his Certified EXOS Performance Specialist (XPS) credential, helping athletes build elite-level strength, speed, and endurance.

Landon Warner, DPT, XPS, CTPS

His tennis-specific training comes through the International Tennis Performance Association (ITPA) under Dr. Mark Kovacs — current coach of Frances Tiafoe and recent addition to Novak Djokovic's team — earning him his Certified Tennis Performance Specialist (CTPS). Whether you are a high school player, a university athlete, or a recreational competitor, Landon will provide that elite-level blueprint to your game.
