TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY:

I believe effective rehabilitation begins with a trauma-informed, patient-centered approach that fosters safety, trust, and collaboration. Using the concept of regional interdependence, I assess and treat the body as an integrated system rather than focusing solely on the site of pain or dysfunction. I integrate skilled manual therapy with individualized, movement-based exercise to address impairments, restore function, and optimize performance. Through evidence-based care, patient education, and shared decision-making, I empower individuals to take an active role in their recovery, helping them build the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed for lasting health, resilience, and function.
