TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY:
I am passionate about providing individualized and specific care to each patient to help them achieve their desired goals. I value taking time to fully listen to and understand their concerns before creating a treatment plan that will help them return to the activities they love and need to do. I utilize interventions supported by evidence along with clinical reasoning to formulate this plan, and I maintain open communication with patients in this process. Through providing education on proper movement patterns, exercise, and ways to modify activity, I help patients continue to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle outside the clinic.
