TREATMENT PHILOSOPHY:
My approach to physical therapy involves 3 main principles – Listening, Movement, & Independence. I value getting to know you – listening to your story, understanding your personal goals, and providing care centered around you. With a movement-based assessment, I focus on determining movement impairments, biomechanical faults, and muscular imbalances to guide a treatment plan catered to your specific needs. As we target optimal recovery, first-class education and communication are paramount; the more you learn, the better equipped you are in protecting your health outside the clinic.
