I am dedicated to educating patients how to move their body correctly by modifying movement patterns and correcting mechanical dysfunction. This leads to decreased pain, increased function and improved quality of life. I have a hands -on teaching approach with my patients. I tailor treatment based on patient’s personal needs and their specific goals while motivating them and making treatment fun and challenging. Your treatment will be customized and specific to your diagnosis and will include information on the reasoning behind the exercise you’re doing.
